Director of Engineering

The Director of Engineering (DOE) will establish tools and processes to provide new product development, sustaining engineering, and test services engineering. The DOE is expected to provide advanced technology forecast to the company and eventually to lead the company’s technology and engineering
Qualifications:

  • Experience – 10+ years engineering management, at least 3 years managing an engineering department in US or Europe
  • Education – MSEE preferred, BSEE with the right engineering experience
  • Culture – successful proof to work in both eastern and western environment
  • Technology – leading role in at least one electronics industrial segment in US
  • Product Development – successful performance of completed product engineering development management in US market
  • Communication and team player – excellent international communication experiences and skills, successful history to work with multi-national co-workers including Chinese under chaos and act fast.
  • Be able to travel frequently between US and China

Strategic Account Manager

The strategic account manager needs to be a good communicator who is able to work with the customer at all organization levels. The primary responsibilities of the position are to attain sales goals, implement account management strategies related to the company products, and to grow our market share by attracting new customers.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a relevant field or equivalent
  • Three to five years of position related experience
  • Good team player who has strong cross functional team leadership skills
  • Ability to expand relationships with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and customer management skills
  • Creative and critical thinking skills
  • A sense of commitment and a strong desire to succeed
  • Must be able to travel as require
  • Fluent in both English & Mandarin (California)
